This homeowner in Peabody, Massachusetts was concerned about a large crack in the basement along with some moisture and settlement. She would like to have all of her concerns examined at once. Design Specialist Chris Greenwood inspected the home. Chris confirmed the crack would need to be sealed, the settlement should be addressed, and the moisture can be mitigated. Chris recommended installing push piers to the settled part of the home. The homeowner told Chris they would like to address the settlement at another time. They would like to focus on the crack on the foundation, adding a sump pump and moisture control.
Spencer Ladd and his team installed to seal the cracks, install a Sani Dry Dehumidifier, install a sump pump, replace the bulkhead that is leaking, and replace a lally column that the homeowner wanted to be replaced.
The homeowner was very happy with the versatility of EFS.
