Photo Album: Foundation Cracks in a 6 Year Old Home, Windham, NH
This homeowner in Windham, New Hampshire moved into their home 5 years ago. Their home is only 6 years old but they have been noticing some cracks that had concerned them. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Michael Bradley inspected the home. Michael had taken a deeper look at the cracks in the foundation. Michael found some settlement and a slight bow near the cracks in the foundation walls. Michael recommended having Geolocks installed on the foundation wall to stabilize the settlement issue.

Geolocks Installed and Crack Sealed
The Geolocks were installed to stop the foundation from bowing. A crack monitor and NexusPro are installed to seal the crack and monitor if the wall continues to settle or bow.
Secondary Crack on Opposite End of the Basement
A secondary crack was found on the opposite end of the basement.
