This homeowner in North Andover, Massachusetts noticed their concrete driveway and walkway have settled a couple of inches. The settlement had produced some cracks in the driveway and the homeowners are looking to repair the concrete. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Isaac Hernandez inspected the driveway and walkway. Isaac noted that there are some areas on the driveway and walkway that have sunk up to 4". Isaac recommended injecting PolyLevel under the concrete to lift and level the concrete.
Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team injected PolyLevel into the driveway and walkway and were able to lift the concrete. After the concrete was lifted, the team sealed all of the cracks with NexusPro.

Slab Jacks Are Used
The team used a slab jack to lift the concrete slab back to level with the garage slab. PolyLevel will be injected to ensure the concrete slab stays in place.

The walkway was lifted with the same grid pattern as the driveway.
