Photo Album: Cracks in Basement and Water Collecting on Floor
This homeowner in Allenstown, New Hampshire was experiencing cracks in their basement floor. The homeowners found that when it rains, water collects in the middle of the floor. The homeowner would like this to be repaired. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa inspected the homeowner's concerns. Michael found that the basement floor is collecting water in the middle of the floor because the middle of the floor is sagging. Michael recommended installing PolyLevel to level the floor. Michael also recommended installing a Super Sump, a Sani Dry, and sealing cracks in the basement.
Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team installed a Super Sump, a Sani Dry, and sealing cracks in the basement.
Super Sump and Sani Dry Installed
The Super Sump will collect water and send it outside to the drainage pipe. The Sani Dry will keep the humidity down in the basement to avoid moisture and possibly mold from building up.
Wall Crack Sealed
Crack injected with crack seal.
Drainage Pipe Installed
The team dug a trench for the drainage pipe and made sure it lies 10 ft away from the home.
