This homeowner owns a rental property in Merrimack, New Hampshire. The tenant of the rental property reached out to the landlord and alerted them to water coming into the basement during heavy rains. The landlord decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Victor Tapia inspected the basement. Victor found the crack and recommended using FlexiSpan to seal the crack.
Crew Lead Ed Nadreau and his team arrived at the home and installed 4' of FlexiSpan and a Crack Monitor to the crack.
Crack Was Allowing Water into the Basement
The crack would allow water into the basement during heavy rains. The water was never more than a couple of puddles but the homeowner want to attack the problem head-on.
