Photo Album: Vertical Crack in Foundation, Sandown, NH
This homeowner in Sandown, New Hampshire had noticed a vertical crack in their foundation that shows on the inside and outside of their foundation. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Kenny Calabrese inspected the interior and exterior of the home. Kenny inspected the crack. Kenny recommended installing Push Piers and PolyLevel.
Crew Lead Ed Nadreau and his team installed 6 Push Piers. Two Push Piers around the crack and 2 more on either side of the chimney.

Push Piers Connected to Foundation
The brackets are connected to the foundation and then the Push Pier Rods are placed into the sleeve and pushed all at the same time to stabilize the home.
Once Pushed, Everything is Covered
Once completely stabilized the team secures each rod with a cap. Then once all of the rods are capped the team covers everything with dirt.
