Photo Album: Reducing Radon Levels in New Home, Portsmouth, NH
These homeowners in Portsmouth, New Hampshire recently bought their home in 2019 and had concerns with the radon levels. Shortly after moving into the home, they tested the home for radon. They wanted peace of mind knowing that the air in their home is mitigated from radon. So they decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Brian Swindell inspected the home. Brian noticed that the home had a passive system but there is no access to the vent pipe to activate the existing system. Brian recommended installing a brand new radon mitigation system. He designed a system to fit into their home.
Crew Lead Dillon Kingsbury and his team arrived at the home and installed the radon mitigation system into the basement.
