This homeowner in Hancock, New Hampshire had an issue where water was entering the garage and storage room in their forever home. The homeowners are worried if they wait to fix this issue that the problem will get worse and more expensive. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Stephen Caron inspected the home. Stephen carefully examined all the foundation walls and the slabs for any signs of cracks or water seepage. Stephen found two areas where water was coming into the home, one crack was found in the garage and the other was found in the storage room. Stephen recommended a Super Sump, Water Guard, and Crack Injection.

Water Guard is laid into a trench that the crew created to collect water coming in from the walls. The crack on the wall is sealed.
