This homeowner in Medford, Massachusetts had been experiencing water entering their basement. They recently purchased this home and want to fix the problem. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Chris Greenwood inspected the home. During Chris' inspection, he noticed some foundation cracks that he would like to address, he also noticed that the support beam in the basement was noticeably sagging. Chris recommended sealing those cracks, installing a sump pump and Water Guard, and installing SmartJacks.
Crew Lead Spencer Ladd and his team arrived at the home and installed the Water Guard and sump pump, Smartjacks, and sealed the cracks in the foundation.
