Photo Album: Working from Home and Wants to Reduce Radon Exposure, West Roxbury, MA
This homeowner in West Roxbury, Massachusetts had been working from home since the pandemic started. The homeowner would like to make sure that the home air quality is not harmful. The homeowners tested their home for radon and the results came back around 8.7 pCi/L. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Justin Wenners inspected the home and went through any preferences that the homeowners had. The homeowners suggested that the radon fan be installed between the bulkhead and the shed. Justin, during his inspection, noticed an empty sump pump basin. He recommended installing a domed sump cover over the basin. Justin designed a radon mitigation system that fits their suggestions.
Crew Lead Dillon Kingsbury and his team arrived at the home and installed the radon mitigation system.
