Photo Album: Older Home has Some Leaks in the Foundation, Pelham, NH
This homeowner in Pelham, New Hampshire had several leaks in their basement. The homeowner was looking to sell the 1950's home in the next couple of years. They didn't want to sell the home knowing that there are leaks in the basement. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Chris Greenwood inspected the basement. He found where the cracks were allowing water into the basement. The homeowner had an existing sump pump but Chris recommended installing a new Water Guard System to the perimeter of the basement.
Crew Lead Nick Carelli and his team arrived at the home and installed 112' of Water Guard and an Ultra Sump.
