The homeowner was very happy with the results of the project.
Basement Before
This basement is half concrete and half dirt.
Concrete is Chipped Out
Where there is concrete in the basement the crew chips out the concrete and digs a 2'x2'x2' hole. The team fills the hole with 18" of concrete to create a base for the SmartJacks to rest on.
SmartJacks are Secured to the Beam
The SmartJacks are secured to the beam that they are supporting.
