Photo Album: Seepage and Puddling in Basement, Rye, NH
This homeowner in Rye, New Hampshire was experiencing moderate seepage and puddling, dampness, and humidity in the basement/crawlspace. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Tom Armano inspected the home for cracks, water stains, and other signs of water entering the basement/crawlspace. Tom recommended installing a Triple Safe Sump, Water Guard, and CleanSpace into the basement/crawlspace to help with the moisture.
Crew Lead Edward Nadreau and his team arrived at the home. They installed the Triple Safe Sump and Water Guard into the basement and installed CleanSpace into the crawlspace.
Crawlspace Before
This crawlspace is very damp and humid and needs to be encapsulated with CleanSpace.
Sump Pump Before
Design Specialist Tom Armano recommended replacing this sump with a new Super Sump. Along with the new Super Sump, there will be Water Guard leading to the new sump.
CleanSpace Installed
The CleanSpace is installed into the crawlspace.
Water Guard Installed
A trench is made by chipping out the concrete and then Water Guard is installed and then resealed with new concrete.
New Super Sump Installed
The Super Sump is installed in the corner of the basement.
