Wall was Bowing and had Water Marks
Water had been coming through the wall causing this stain. The pressure of the soil and water is bowing and cracking the wall.
PowerBraces Installed
The PowerBraces will act as additional reinforcement to make the wall stronger.
SmartJacks Installed
The SmartJack footings are installed under the basement floor. The SmartJacks are going to replace the old supports to stop the main beam from sagging.
Clean Space, Water Guard, and more PowerBraces are Installed
The team digs a trench for the WaterGuard, then sets up the bottom brackets for the PowerBrace. After, the team finishes the Water Guard and installs the CleanSpace on the wall. Then lastly, the team installs the PowerBrace over the CleanSpace.
Super Sump and Poured Concrete
The team had dug a 30 ft trench for water to travel to. The trench leads to a Sump Pump. Once the Super Pump is installed the team pours new concrete over the Water Guard, SmartJack footing, and around the Super Sump to finish the project.
