This homeowner in Nashua, NH recently purchased their home. Shortly after moving in, they noticed some sagging on their main floor and there is a slight leak in their basement. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa inspected the home. Michael found that there is a slight sag in the support beam and found where the water is coming into the basement. Michael recommended installing 7 SmartJacks, a Super Sump, 68' of Water Guard, 372 sqft of CleanSpace, and a Sani Dry.
