Photo Album: Cleanspace and Radon Mitigation System Installation, Reading, MA
This homeowner in Reading, Massachusetts wants to have a sealed space so a radon mitigation system will be effective. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Isaac Hernandez took his time inspecting the basement of this home. Isaac found that there are two crawlspaces on either side of the basement. He recommended that those crawlspaces need to be sealed with Cleanspace to make sure the radon mitigation system works effectively.
Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his team arrived at the home and installed the Cleanspace into the two crawlspaces and after they were sealed they installed the radon mitigation system.
Crawlspace Before CleanSpace
This crawlspace isn't well insulated. Without installing Cleanspace, radon-filled air would travel into the main living space of the home.
Outside of the Home Before
This picture of the home shows what the home looked like before the radon system was installed.
Cleanspace Installed
The Cleanspace is installed in the crawlspace to seal up any space where moisture or radon particles could travel to the main living space.
Radon System Installed
