This homeowner in Topsfield, Massachusetts had recently purchased their home. They are previous customers of EFS and would like to have a radon mitigation system installed in their new home. They would also like their old sump pump looked at. They called EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Justin Wenners arrived at the home and inspected the basement. Justin found that the old sump pump needed some updating. Justin recommended replacing the sump pump and installing a new radon mitigation system.

Radon Pipe is installed and directed toward the exterior of the house where the radon fan will be installed.

The radon fan is installed on the outside of the home to draw up radon-filled air out of the home.
