Photo Album: Waterproofing and SmartJacks Installation, Somerville, MA
This homeowner in Somerville, Massachusetts was experiencing water entering their basement every time it rains and also experiencing some issues with the supports in their basement. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
A design specialist arrived at the home and inspected the basement. The design specialist found some little holes in the foundation that could allow water to enter through the wall and the specialist also found that the supports in the basement didn't look to be supporting the home very well. The design specialist recommended installing SmartJacks to replace the old supports in the basement and to then spray Poly Wall Restoration to the interior basement wall to prevent water from getting through the wall in the basement.
