This homeowner in Woburn, Massachusetts was experiencing water leaking into their basement whenever it rains. Since this happened frequently, they had most of their belongings off the ground. The homeowners finally decided it was time to fix the leaking in their basement. They called Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection of their leaking basement.
Design Specialist John Prince arrived at the home and inspected the basement. John found that the fieldstone foundation had deteriorated enough that water has started leaking through the foundation into the basement. John showed the homeowners a couple of different methods EFS could fix the leaking issue. The homeowners decide that the best method for their basement would be to install 75' of Water Guard and a Triple Safe Sump Pump.
Crew Lead Kyle DeChane arrived at the home with Installation Specialist Brian Somers installed 75' of Water Guard to the perimeter of the basement. They then tied in the Triple Safe Sump Pump to the Water Guard system to pump out the water that is collected.
