Photo Album: Dual Purpose Building has Water Issue, Melrose, MA
Andrew S. of Melrose, MA is a tenant in a building that has a restaurant on the first floor and residential space above. He along with the HOA of the building had concerns about water building up in the basement which is used by both the restaurant and the tenants. Andrew and the HOA would like to replace the existing sump pump with a bigger and strong one. Andrew and the HOA decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection.
Design Specialist Chris Greenwood arrived at the building and inspected the basement. He found that the water is collecting in one area and is backing up the sump pump. Chris recommended a new Super Sump and a Water Guard.
Crew Lead Branden Edwards and his team arrived at the building and began installing the Super Sump and the Water Guard.
