Mary G. of Hudson, New Hampshire was experiencing cracking in her foundation. She is planning on selling the home in the future and would like this issue not to be transferred to the next homeowner. She decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free estimate.
Design Specialist Kenny Calabrese arrived at the home to inspect the cracks in the foundation. To secure the cracks, Kenny recommended to Mary that she should have Geolock Wall Anchors installed.
Crew Lead Ed Nadreau and his crew arrived at the home and installed 7 Geolocks on the foundation. The team had to dig a trench in the front yard avoiding the front patio. The crew inserted a plate on the inside of the foundation wall and another plate in the trench and connected them with a long galvanized rod.
