Lauren S. of Woburn, Massachusetts was experiencing some minor cracks on the exterior that are allowing water into the basement as well as she has some radon concerns. Lauren decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection.
Two Design Specialists came out to the home to inspect different areas of the home. John Prince came to the home in late August to inspect the home for high radon levels. John left a Radon Test Kit and returned later to talk about the results with Lauren. The results of the test are 5.4 pCi/L which is above the recommended amount. Next, Michael Bradley came to Lauren's home in early September to inspect her home for water leaking into her basement. Michael recommended a Sump Pump and some crack seal.
Crew Lead Branden Edwards and two Installation Specialist came to Lauren's home and installed a new Radon Mitigation System, a new Sump Pump, and sealed some cracks in the foundation that were allowing water into the basement.
