Photo Album: Radon Mitigation System and Crawlspace Encapsulation, Portsmouth, NH
Peter S. of Portsmouth, New Hampshire was concerned with radon in his home and with sealing his crawlspace. He called Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection.
Design Specialist Isaac Hernandez came to the home and met with Peter and talked about his concerns. Issac tested Peter's home for radon using a CRM test kit. After Isaac got the results back, he returned to Peter's home. The test results revealed that Peter's home had radon levels around 12 pCi/L, which is high. Isaac recommended that Peter have a radon mitigation system installed at his home, along with installing a CleanSpace Crawlspace Encapsulation. Peter's home lies within the historic district of Portsmouth, so Isaac had to create a design that wouldn't upset the historical district. Isaac designed the radon system to be installed in the rear of the home.
Crew Lead Branden Edwards and Installation Specialist Kyle Dechane installed the CleanSpace and the radon system at the home.
