Adonis O. of Methuen, MA was experiencing the floor joists in his basement were separating from the main support beam. The issue with the floor joists and support beam is causing the floor above to sag. Adonis called Erickson Foundation Solutions to set up a free inspection.
Design Specialist Chris Greenwood arrived at the home and inspected the floor joist and the support beams to see what condition they were in. After a thorough inspection, Chris recommended Smart Jacks was a great option for Adonis' basement.
Crew Lead Ed Nadreau and his team arrived at Adonis' home and began installing the Smart Jacks into the basement. The team installed 7 Smart Jacks to the main support beam and then installed 3 more to a supplemental beam.

Concrete is Poured Over the Foot
The crew pours concrete over the foot of the Smart Jack to secure it to the floor so it can't move.
