Photo Album: 3-Season Sunroom Needed Additional Support, North Andover, MA
Michael T. of North Andover, Massachusetts found that his 3-season sunroom was sinking. He wanted to fix this issue as soon as possible, so he called Erickson Foundation Solutions.
Design Specialist John Merna came to the home and inspected the sunroom and the surrounding deck. After his full inspection, John showed Michael why his sunroom was sinking. There are lally columns that are rusting and deteriorating underground, this is causing the sunroom to sink. John proposed that our crew dig out the old lally columns and replace them with a concrete pier. Then, install SmartJacks on top of the concrete pier to add support.
Crew Lead Ed Nadreau and his crew came to the home and dug out the old lally columns. Then, they poured the new concrete piers to then let dry before attaching the SmartJacks to them.
