Kathy L. of Westford, Massachusetts had some concerns about radon and would like to have her basement tested. She called Erickson Foundation Solutions to have someone come out and test her basement for radon.
Design Specialist Chris Greenwood came to the home to drop off a Radon Test Kit to test the radon levels in the basement. Chris came back to the home once the test was completed. Chris recommended to her that a radon mitigation system would help reduce the amount of radon in her basement.
Foreman Branden Edwards came to the home with his team to install the radon mitigation system into the basement.

Radon Pipe will Go Through Closet
This closet is set on the corner of the home and is where the radon pipe will be set.
Radon Pipe Installed
Holes are made in the wall and in the floor and the radon pipe is installed into the closet.
Radon Fan Installed Outside
The radon fan is installed outside the home with the radon pipe being vented over the roof.
