Photo Album: Leaning Walls of a New Construction, Nottingham, NH
Mike F. of Nottingham, New Hampshire was building a new home and found the foundation walls started to lean significantly. No one has moved into the home yet because the foundation issue is making it feel unsafe. He called Erickson Foundation Solutions to come out and fix his home.
Design Specialist David Cormier came to the newly constructed home and inspected the foundation. He found that the walls were being pushed in by the soil from outside the home. Water was also coming through the wall. David proposed that Mike have Geolocks installed to correct the leaning wall and then installed some sealant to seal the cracks where the water is coming in.
Crew Lead Ed Nadreau and his team came to the home and installed 12 Geolocks and some Sentry Seal and Sealant Pro to seal the cracks. Mike plans to sell the home. He wants to make sure the home is secure before he puts it on the market.
