Matt R. of Bedford, New Hampshire recently purchased his home. He's only been living in the home for a little over a month and noticed some water leaking into the basement. He called Erickson Foundation Solutions to inquire about a repair.
Design Specialist Royce Potts came to the home and inspected the basement where Matt says the water was entering. Royce discovered that there are a couple of slow leaks on the high side of Matt's home. Matt's home lies on a slope. Royce proposed that EFS install a Super Sump with battery backup, 60' of Fast Drain, Freeze Guard, and Sani Dry.
Crew Lead Branden Edwards and his team came to the home and installed everything and were able to gain control of the leaks.

Water is slowly coming through the wall and causing damage to the floor.

After the path was chipped out the crew installed the fast drain and then sealed it with concrete.
