Photo Album: Fast Drain Installation, Stoneham, MA
Jared M. of Stoneham, Massachusetts was experiencing some water entering his garage. He called Erickson Foundation Solutions to see if they could come out and resurface and fix the leak in the garage.
Design Specialist Kenny Calabrese inspected and proposed that the leak needed to be sealed and have the concrete resurfaced in the garage.
Crew Lead Spencer Ladd and his team came to the home and installed Fast Drain and a Sump Pump. The resurfacing of the garage came at a later date and is not highlighted in this album.

Fast Drain
The Fast Drain is something that is put under the concrete floor that allows water to escape through the concrete and expell toward the sump pump and away from the home.
