Keith B. of Amesbury, Massachusetts was experiencing sagging in their basement. Keith decided it was time to call Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection.
Design Specialist Brian Allen came out to the home and inspected the basement. After the inspection, Brian proposed that EFS install Smart Jacks in his basement to stop the sagging of his floors and beams.
Crew Lead Jon Provost and his team came to the home and installed the Smart Jack into the basement.
Footing Installed
Concrete was chipped away to installed the footing in the engineered fill.
Smart Jacks Attached to Beam and to Footing
The Smart Jacks are attached to the footing and then attached to the beam above. They are also made sure that they are level and supporting the beam.
Final Product
After everything is secured they pour new concrete over the footing.
