This homeowner had a drain in the floor of his garage that allowed water to drip into and seemingly just soak into the soil beneath the slab. Over decades, the water shifted the soil and eventually created voids, caused cracking, and the slab shifted and moved. Our concrete repair team installed PolyLevel beneath the slab to fill the voids, as well as lift and level the surface as much as possible. NexusPro was also installed to fill and seal the surface cracks.
