Photo Album: Radon Mitigation System, North Reading, MA
This homeowner in North Reading, Massachusetts needed a Radon Mitigation System. Their radon levels were tested before they purchased the house last summer. The radon levels came back at 5.0-5.3 pCi/l. They have a finished basement with an apartment and wanted to get the radon system installed while the tenant is out of the country. They called Erickson Foundation Supportworks to set up an appointment for a professional to come out and take a look in their basement.
Michael Biedrzycki was the Design Specialist for this project and was able to come out to the homeowner's home and design them a Radon Mitigation System. After the design process was complete, Michael passed his design over to the Crew Lead for this project. Scott Crandall and his team were in charge of installing the Radon Mitigation System. They successfully installed the system in the home.
The homeowners were happy that they were able to fix the radon issue but also complete it while their tenant was out of the country.
The pictures show what the exterior of the house looked like before and after the Radon Mitigation System was installed.
