Chris Flanagan of North Reading was concerned about radon levels in his basement. He contacted EFS about coming to inspect his home for radon. EFS Design Specialist Michael Bradley came to the home and did a radon test. The results of the test were around 4. Michael proposed that Chris have a radon mitigation system with a sump pump be installed in his basement.
Crew Lead Branden Edwards and his team installed a custom Radon Mitigation System and Sump Pump into the basement of Chris' home.
Before the Radon System
Before the radon system was installed on the shaded side of the home.
Radon System Installed
The radon system was installed to the back of the home with a cover to make it aesthetically pleasing.
Sump Pump and Radon Pipe
The Crew installed a Sump Pump and the radon pipe in the basement.
