Photo Album: Concrete Garage Resurfacing, Wakefield, MA
This homeowner in Wakefield, Massachusetts was experiencing concrete and rebar falling into their storage room from the garage above. The garage floor seems to be chipping away and falling apart.
Design Specialist Nate Erickson came to the home and inspected both the garage and the storage room to see what could be done. After Nate's thorough inspection he concluded that they should insert new rebar in the weak concrete and then pour new concrete to fill the gaps. After that, the team would resurface the garage floor.
Crew Lead Jon Provost and his Crew came to the home and followed the plan that Nate proposed. They started by removing the old broken rebar and replacing it with new rebar. Then they called a concrete truck to pour new concrete into holes they chipped out in the garage floor. After the concrete was poured they sealed the holes and resurfaced the hole garage floor to give it a nice new look.
