This homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire has a sunroom that is on stilts and is looking to stabilize it. Design Specialist Michael Bradley came to the home and looked at the area under the sunroom. Michael found that beneath the sunroom was filled with stumps and that is causing the sunroom to sink.
Crew Lead Jon Provost and his team installed EZ Post Helical Piers to each of the support posts. The EZ Post Helical Pier locks itself into the ground and won't move. The pier acts as an extension of the support that it is attached to.

The ground underneath the sunroom was starting to settle and was causing the sunroom to sink in spots.

Helical Screws were driven into the ground and attached to the support posts.

In this picture, you can see the middle of the beam is sagging, and not all the post are standing on concrete.

Now all the posts are resting on the new EZ posts and the support beam isn't sagging anymore.
