This homeowner in Pepperell, MA was experiencing issues with their foundation. Design Specialist Nate Erickson came to the home and talked with the homeowner about what they needed to be repaired. The homeowner wanted to repair two fieldstone walls and one block wall that was failing. Crew Lead Nick Carelli and his crew came to the home, installed a new retaining wall, and rebuilt the failing block wall.

Before Corner Wall Was Torn Down

This wall was taken down. And eventually was reconstructed with concrete blocks.

Dirt was excavated away from the wall and the wall was removed.

The wall was built up from the floor to ceiling.

The block wall was bricked and mortared. To fix the gap at the top the homeowner, who is a carpenter, is going to install a piece of pressure treated wood.
