This homeowner in Greenville, New Hampshire, lives in a home that is over 100 years old. The floor has been sagging for a while and the homeowners want to repair them before it gets any worse. Design Specialist Brian Allen came to the home and examined the homeowner's concerns. He proposed that the homeowners install seven Smart Jacks into their basement to add support to the interior of the home. The Smart Jacks will add support to the beams that stretch across the foundation of the home. Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his team installed the Smart Jacks into the basement.
