This homeowner in Gilmanton, New Hampshire had a foundation issue under their 2-car garage. In the garage, there were multiple cracks greater than one inch and potential for structural integrity issues in the near future. The interior slab in the garage had multiple cracks, was settling and creating an unlevel surface. One area was showing clear signs of a washout under the slab.
