Preparing the Base
After jack-hammering the floor, the loose concrete pieces need to be removed. A hole will be dug and filled with engineered fill for a new, stable base.
Preparing to Jack Hammer
Before jack hammering, drilling is completed to ensure concrete is removed in straight lines and not all jagged.
Floors Stabilized
The sagging floors are now stabilized. All that is left to do is the final concrete patch around the base of the posts.
Compacting the Footing
The engineered fill is added and compacted to ensure a new, stable base for the support posts.
SmartJack Footing Prepared
The engineered fill is compacted and the SmartJack can now be installed.
