This homeowner is Topsfield, MA inherited a home that lied on top of a hill and was cause for major concern. Erickson Foundation Supportworks stabilized the addition using our Push Pier System. There was a total of 7 push piers that were installed with an average depth of 14 feet. GEO-LOCKS were needed to assist with the stabilizing of the foundation wall. EZ-Posts were also installed on failing concrete piers.
