The crawlspace beneath this home in Greenville, NH was wet and uncomfortable. With an old fieldstone foundation, it was a damp space with puddles, which wasn't good since heating systems and the boiler were located there. Erickson Foundation Supportworks installed some waterproofing products, as well as a Crawlspace Cleanspace system, which completed covered the floor and walls. A SaniDry was also installed to assist with climate control, keeping the humidity levels under control. Lastly, several SmartJack crawlspace support posts were also installed to help straighten and stabilize the sagging floors above.
