Photo Album: Cracked Foundation at Bulkhead, Deerfield, NH

This homes foundation had a large crack at the bottom of the bulkhead steps, as well as a few cracks in other locations that needed sealing. The crack near the bulkhead was putting the wall here at risk of bowing in due to pressure from the outside soils. One GeoLock and one PowerBrace were used to stabilize the wall and prevent any movement. The crack was then also sealed using a polymer foam on the inside, while the surface was sealed with a polyurethane mixture.
