This bump-out addition on a home in Billerica, MA was beginning to settle. The existing concrete pillars supporting the structure were losing their integrity and the solution was to replace them with a more permanent solution. Three EZ Posts helical piers were installed at depths up to 8 feet along with a new support beam above.
