Easy to see how much the slab settled by viewing the gap beneath the door jams in the home.
After view 1
After PolyLEVEL installation, the slab is up tight to the door jams.
Separation from the footing
In the corner of the home, the settling slab is completely separated (and 2-3 inches lower) from the footings. The slab should be up much closer to the bottom of the heat registers.
Raised slab
After PolyLEVEL installation, the slab is brought up tighter to the heat registers, and once again level with the footings on the perimeter of the slab.
