Before View
View of the block wall cracked and bowing in due to expanding soils on the other side.
Steel Plate Anchors
A look at the steel plates used as anchors on the inside of the foundation. Similar anchors are used on the other side and placed within the soil.
GeoLock Anchor
Anchors are placed in the soil about 12 feet away from the home. They locked up tight with a bolt. Similar anchor plates used on the inside will pinch the wall and stabilize it.
Steel rods to connect the anchors
A rod is fed through the wall which will then connect to the anchor plate outside in the soil.
GeoLock System
View on the inside of the block wall after GeoLock Installation. The anchors on the inside are held in place with bolts, stabilizing the wall and preventing it from bowing in any further.
