Digging the footing base
The structure was temporarily supported and the existing concrete pillars removed. Large holes were dug, in which big tubes were placed and filled with engineered gravel, creating a strong footing base.
SmartJack Reinforcement
The old concrete blocks and pillars were replaced with longer lasting SmartJack supports. High tide waters will not easily reach the concrete footing and erode it away like it previously had.

Sinking condo needed support
The entirety of this condo development was gradually sinking into a marsh. The exposed concrete pillars were eroding away. SmartJacks were installed and protected from the elements by large tubes and footings.
