What Does Fixing a Home Mean to Us?

When a customer reaches out to Erickson Foundation Solutions we make it our personal goal to find the best solution for their home or property. Whether it is a little problem that is getting worse or a big problem that is moments away from a massive problem, or somewhere in between. We always urge our customers to Fix it, Fix it now, Fix it right, and Fight 'EM... wait that last one doesn't sound right *checks notes* oh yes, the last one is Fix it with us. So Fix it, Fix it now, Fix it Right, and Fix it with us. 

These 4 F’s are important to us here at Erickson. Our mission is to redefine the construction industry in our community by creating remarkable experiences for each customer. In striving towards this mission, the 4 F’s provide our team with a strong, united mindset, which enables us to fix the problem for our customers, and give them the best possible customer service possible.

We recently asked a variety of members from our Erickson team what these 4 F’s really mean to them, and here’s what they had to say;

• Fix it, is a situation where the homeowner realizes that something requires repair. Fix it relates to any state of needing repair, be it a small crack to a total wall failure. They just have to decide to take action to fix it, and it is up to us to ensure homeowners in our community know the signs of foundation failure and know they have a trusted local foundation repair company near them.

• Fix it now, relates to the tendency of homeowners to delay fixing issues in their homes because they either don't see it as an issue or think the repair is going to cost too much money. However, our team knows that delaying repairs of a foundation or waterproofing issue will most likely result in the repair becoming more expensive.  The longer homeowners wait, the worse the problem will get. So, we encourage them to fix it now.

• Fix it right, is of course all about fixing the problem the right way. We are doing our customers and our community a disservice if we do not make sure the right products are installed to permanently solve the issue. If you fix it right, you won't have to fix it again. We are passionate about providing permanent solutions.
