Erickson Foundation Supportworks is actively monitoring the public health situation related to COVID-19 to ensure that we are well informed and ready to serve our customers during this difficult time. As always, the health, safety, and well-being of our customers, employees and community members are our top priority.
During this difficult time, we are offering homeowners the opportunity to tailor our home inspection process to their comfort level, with No Contact Estimates.
Where possible, our System Design Specialist will enter your basement or crawlspace through an outside entry, garage, or bilco door to perform the inspection and determine underlying issues.
Following inspections, we are offering a virtual presentation of the most effective solution options, including individualized financing options.
Other Preventive Measures We Have Taken
- We have enhanced daily cleaning and disinfecting of all customer and employee spaces (this includes our trucks).
- Production teams and System Design Specialists have been provided with hand sanitizers, wipes, gloves and masks.
- Employees have been advised to stay home if they are sick until they are symptom free.
- Team members have been limiting office hours and are working remotely as mush as possible.
While we continue to serve homeowners for all their Foundation Repair, Basement Waterproofing, and Radon Mitigation needs, we have indefinitely suspended all company training events, meetings, home shows, and other activities.
