Outside Sales Representative - Massachusetts Area

Pay Range: 100% commission-based. High performers earn 90k-120k+ in uncapped commissions.

Duties as our Outside Sales Representative:

• Meet with homeowners on pre-qualified, company-generated leads.
• Building rapport with homeowners and determine expectations.
• Perform in-home inspections, offer a customized solution, and consult with homeowners for desired outcome.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfactions.

Qualifications as our Outside Sales Representative:

• Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience.
• Pre-employment screening: Valid Drivers License and ability to meet the requirements of a Motor Vehicle Record and a Background check.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time (dependent on business needs)
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
