After a couple of failed attempts, the homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and looked at the basement to find a solution. After the inspection, we recommended installing a perimeter drainage system with a TripleSafe and SaniDry Sedona to pump water and moisture out of the basement. 

A Multi-Family home in Dedham, Massachusetts, is being run by the son of the owner. The son lived on the main floor of the building and tenants lived on the 2 floors above. A few years ago the son noticed some issues with the floors pulling away from the wall. They called EFS for a free inspection of their floor system. We recommended installing SmartJacks to stabilize the floor system. 

This homeowner in Pelham, New Hampshire found that the foundation of their 3-season sunroom was sinking and separating from the home. Design Specialist Michael Bradley came to the home and inspected the home. Michael proposed that they install piers under the sunroom to stop it from sinking. Crew Lead Jon Provost and his team came to the home and installed the push piers.

The test occurred in the finished area of the basement where the homeowner's son lives. The test results came back at 12 pCi/L. The homeowner decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Isaac Hernandez arrived at the home and inspected the basement. He designed a radon mitigation system specifically for this home.
